Job summary

Solenis is seeking a warehouse associate to assemble kits, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a safe, efficient warehouse environment. This role involves packaging orders, operating scanners, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, experience in packaging/logistics, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. WMS familiarity is a plus, and basic math and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Solenis safety policies and procedures.
• Package orders including janitorial tools, cleaning chemicals, boxing and labeling.
• Assemble lines using tape machines, belts and box printers.
• Read process orders and operate scanners.
• Operate warehouse equipment like forklift (certified) safely.
• Bag printing and labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet company goals.
• Be a team player and contribute to an inclusive culture at work.

Job Role

This is responsible for assembling kits in the packaging lines, preparing products for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.

Key Roles

• Follow Solenis safety policies and procedures.
• Packaging orders to include janitorial tools, cleaning chemicals, boxing and labeling.
• Assembly line work using taping machines, mechanical belts and box coding printers.
• Reading process orders and operating scanners.
• Operate warehouse equipment, like Forklift (upon certification), safely and efficiently.
• Bag printing and labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet company goals.
• Be a team player and collaborate to build an inclusive culture at work.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $44,430.00 and $65,164.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
