Job Description Vertex Pharmaceuticals is currently looking for an Packaging and Labeling Manager. We currently have seven commercial products and a robust pipeline of new products in various stages of clinical development. With this exciting growth, Vertex is seeking an Packaging and Labeling Manager to manage artwork development through implementation at the packaging site. This position will manage Vertex’s internal artwork change controls to meet manufacturing deadlines, interacting with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. The candidate will be a leader, with broad awareness of best global practices within pharmaceutical artwork development. Strong professionalism and communication skills are critical. Managing all artwork development activities (brief approval, artwork preparation, and proofreading, etc.) for new products and updates to current product artwork with minimal supervision, this role will compile requirements from internal stakeholders and manage day to day activities of external graphics providers and printers to meet stakeholder expectations.
