Job summary

Embecta Corp. is seeking team members for the B shift (6:20pm–6:30am) to join our manufacturing operations. You will follow safety rules, operate packaging equipment, and perform quality checks to ensure correct counts and lot control.

Responsibilities include keeping the area clean, loading pallets, handling minor jams, and assisting with basic computer tasks. The role requires good hand-eye coordination and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer keyboard and navigational skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety rules, regulations and job safety analysis.
• Must know lockout procedures as described in the corporate safety standard.
• Fill and operate shelf carton erector and clear minor jams.
• Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to: discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving contents
• checking packaging for correct count
• checking for damage to syringes
• checking for correct lot control numbers
• inserting brochures as required
• palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card
• operating semi-auto tape machine
• performing minor duties not requiring mechanic attention
• Good hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist and arm movements.
• Keep work area clean. Final clean up at end of shift.
• Regular attendance.
