Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Packager I – Raw Plant in Crookston, MN. This full-time position offers day or night shifts with a pay rate of $18 per hour in a manufacturing environment.

You will package both bulk and bagged products, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, safely operate forklifts (training provided), complete paperwork on time, and consistently follow safety and quality standards while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team oriented with good communication.
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Package both bulk and bagged products according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned work areas.
• Safely operate forklifts (training available if needed).
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
