Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking workers for a refrigerated food packaging environment. The role entails checking packaging, ensuring date/weight accuracy, sealing packages, and removing defective items to maintain quality on the line.

The position requires ability to stand for long periods, work in cold and wet conditions, and follow GMPs and safety rules. Prior production or assembly experience is preferred, with full-time employment benefits offered.

• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Job Specifications

• Production or assembly experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• The environment will be wet and cold with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities.
• Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 20 lbs. is required.
• Requires walking and standing for long periods of time.
