Qualifications

• Must have heavy equipment loader experience (skid steer, telehandler).
• Must have 2 years of forklift and front-end loader experience.
• Must have demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills.
• Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to quickly adapt to change.
• High degree of attention to prevent injury to self and coworkers; promote a safe workplace.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend, and read English.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to feed raw materials into the feed system hopper.
• Prepare solid additives and resupply as necessary; adjust dye proportions.
• Set and adjust additive systems to achieve final product quality and consistency.
• Bag and palletize product; stage pallets for trucks and stage yard efficiently.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate production records.
