Job summary

FedEx is seeking a part-time Handler in Warwick, RI to move packages, documents and supplies with safe, efficient scanning and loading methods. This non-driving role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and stack as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
• Performs scan/load methods and related duties as assigned.
• Non-driving position operating in a noisy warehouse environment with safety awareness.
