Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a Seasonal Temporary Part Time Package Handler Trainer to support loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting freight in our Canadian facilities. You will supervise and train fellow Package Handlers on safe handling techniques, equipment use, and operational standards to ensure efficient movement of packages.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid G license, and reliable weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to lift up to 70 lbs with equipment.
• Must possess a valid G license and have a good driving record.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations - (Preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record

*Seasonal Temporary Part Time (TPT) Package Handler Trainer position up to Jan 15, 2027. Shift Wed to Sun- Weekdays starting approx. 4AM, weekends approx. 5AM. NOTE: Shift/timings may be subject to change based on operational needs. Full G needed
