Job summary

OnTrac in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Package Handler to join our fast-paced operations team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and help keep the warehouse safe and efficient while supporting teammates to meet daily goals.

Compensation starts at $18.16 per hour with multiple shift options (Sun-Thu, Tue-Sat, Fri-Mon) and additional pay for holidays. We offer a supplemental benefits plan, a 401(k) match, paid sick leave, and referral bonuses to eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and up to 75lbs.
• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and instructions.

Pay: $18.16/hr

Shift: (3 Options)

Sunday - Thursday

Tuesday - Saturday

Friday - Monday

Shift hours: 6:30AM - 10:15AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
