What you can expect at FEC:

• Fast-paced and physical warehouse work, including loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes.
• Part-time employees work one shift a day; full-time employees work two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume, generally between 3 and 6 hours for part-time, and 6 to 10 hours for full-time.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. The company provides health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
