Job summary

OnTrac in Romeoville, IL is hiring Package Handlers to support our fast-growing operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries while maintaining safety and quality in a busy warehouse.

Candidates must be 18+, have basic English, and be able to stay on your feet and lift up to 75 pounds. We offer paid sick leave, a 401(k) with company match, and a referral bonus program.

Pay: $18.90/hr

Shift: (2 Options)

Sunday – Wednesday

Thursday - Saturday

Shift times: 4:00AM – 8:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
