Job summary

OnTrac in Carlsbad, CA is hiring Package Handlers to join our dynamic operations team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries, while upholding safety and quality standards.

We offer weekly pay at $18/hour, a supportive work environment, and benefits including 401(k) and referral bonuses. You must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 75 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in heat/cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season

Responsibilities
