Job summary

OnTrac in Dayton, NJ is seeking a Package Handler to join our warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and help load delivery trucks. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs, with shifts Sunday–Wednesday and Thursday–Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

End of Sort duties apply; overtime may occur. We offer a safety-first environment with paid sick leave, a 401(k) with company match, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and instruction.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift in a warehouse environment.
