Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a non-driving Warehouse Associate in the Alpharetta area to move packages, documents, and supplies in a safe and timely manner. You will use scan/load methods to process items efficiently and perform additional duties as needed.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and to maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance. You must be able to walk, stand, bend, squat, and reach overhead throughout designated hours

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Able to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with equipment or assistance
• Able to walk and stand for designated hours
• Able to bend, squat, and reach overhead as required
• Able to operate in enclosed spaces and stack as needed
• Able to work in all weather conditions and use stairs/ladders when required
• Effective communication in a noisy environment

Responsibilities

• Move packages, documents, dangerous goods and supplies efficiently and safely
• Utilize scan/load methods for timely processing
• Perform other duties as assigned
