Job summary

MATHESON, a national supplier of industrial gases and welding equipment, seeks a CDL driver to operate a Class B (or A) for delivering compressed gas cylinders, including loading/unloading, material handling, and forklift work where needed.

The role requires Hazmat endorsement, CDL with no major violations in 2 years, and at least 1 year of professional driving (or 6 months with CDL school). Home daily, competitive hourly pay, and a monthly safety bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B or A required.
• Hazmat Endorsement required.
• 1 year of driving experience or 6 months with CDL school certificate.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo, performing heavy lifting as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure paperwork is correct.

The driver in this position will operate aClass B flatbed vehicleto deliver compressed gas cylinders, which will require loading/unloading, material handling, and forklift operation. The position requires a Class B or A with Hazmat, 1 year of driving experience or 6 months of driving and a CDL school certificate.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

CDL Class B or A

Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional CDL Driver

6 months experience with CDL school certificate.

Current Hazmat Endorsement

No more than 1 traffic violation or at-fault accident in the last 2 years

Load and unload cargo, performing heavy lifting as necessary.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.

Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is correct.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections
