Job summary
Sapien Logistics LLC in Anaheim, CA seeks Delivery Helper to support Amazon DSP operations. You will load vans, deliver packages, and keep safety and customer service at the forefront as you become the face of the company on a daily route.
Work roughly 4–5 days a week, up to 10 hours per day, with weekend shifts available. Candidates must be 18+, speak English, and be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs. Training is provided to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older and able to read and speak English.
- Must hold an unexpired state-issued identification.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to move boxes up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation.
- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
Responsibilities
- Load vans and deliver packages by climbing in/out of the vehicle and walking in all weather conditions.
- Deliver packages safely and punctually, 4–5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day.
- Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
- Operate GPS and daily records devices, clock in/out, and communicate with supervisors.
- Support the team with route rescue calls and exceptional customer service.

It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time, Part-time, and Weekend package delivery helper positions in
- Load vans and deliver packages by climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually.
- You can expect to work about 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
- Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
- Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members.
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.

Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), independent delivery organizations that help Amazon deliver thousands of packages to customers every day. As an employee of an Amazon delivery service partner (DSP), you will work directly for the DSP that operates out of a local Amazon delivery station.
