Routewise Logistics is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team in the United States. You will deliver packages in a safe, timely manner and provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.

This role offers independence on daily routes, training provided, and benefits. Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday work schedules apply, with a starting pay of $190 per day and opportunities for bonuses and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to clear Pre-employment Background and Drug Screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and load/unload

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and maintain package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow efficient routes; obey traffic laws.
• Verify package accuracy and document deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize schedules and report delays.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle’s cleanliness.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or violations to supervisor.
