Package Delivery Driver – EliteBLU Delivery Services

EliteBLU Delivery is partnered with Amazon and is expanding its team with full‑time and part‑time drivers. We seek both experienced and energetic workers for open delivery positions.

We encourage drivers who are goal oriented, good communicators, and able to work independently on their daily routes. Physical ability to enter and exit their truck 150–300 times per day on GPS‑guided routes is required. Strong leaders are welcome; promotion within the company is possible for those who want to advance into management roles.

Our schedules are floating, operating 7 days a week including some weekends.

Pay scale: Starting at $21.25/hr. Wage incentives: $1/hr for set weekend schedules; $23/hr for those who meet attendance, performance, and safety criteria during the week; and an additional $1/hr bonus for completion of the Step Van Program.

Responsibilities
