Job summary

Tam Transportation Company Inc. is seeking reliable FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team in Reading, PA. You’ll deliver packages safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service.

No CDL required. Pay up to $175 per day ($150 base + $25 bonus for timely pickups). We offer weekly pay, paid training, and 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of service. Schedule: 6 days per week.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Prior delivery/courier experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle packages safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, loading/unloading packages as needed.
• Plan efficient routes and follow all traffic and safety laws.
• Verify delivery documentation and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report any issues, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: Up to $175/day ($150 base + $25 bonus for timely pickups)
• Stop Bonus: $1.20 per stop over 130 (city) | $1.30 per stop over 120 (rural)Additional Pay: $0.50 per package + $25 daily bonus for on-time pickups and good attendance
• Weekly Pay & Paid Training
• 1 Week Paid Vacation after 1 year of service
• Schedule: 6 days in a week.
