Job summary

Routewise Logistics in Redmond, WA is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely deliver packages to local homes and businesses. You will work independently, stay active, and be home every day while learning box truck operations.

The role offers $22–$25 per hour, weekly pay, paid training, paid sick time, PTO, a company-provided delivery vehicle, and growth opportunities. CDL not required; military veterans encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to background check, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Lift packages up to 150 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• No CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Verify the accuracy of packages and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.
• Use GPS to complete deliveries accurately

We are seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. We are committed to providing outstanding service to our customers through safe, timely, and professional package delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, master the operation of a box truck, and provide excellent customer service while navigating busy delivery routes.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Tuesday–Saturday
• Sunday–Thursday
• During peak season, from Black Friday through the first week of January, employees may be required to work 6 days per week
