Job summary

You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in validating specifications, and contribute to solution architecture by customizing ERP modules based on business needs. You will develop and integrate new features, configure interfaces, run ETL processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver thorough documentation plus user training to enable knowledge transfer.

• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancements and ensure ERP customizations meet security and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer.

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
