Job summary

MMI Engineered Solutions in Warren, MI, is seeking a Pack & Scan-Production to join our team. The role ensures the Work Centers and Assembly Areas run without interruption by delivering appropriate packaging to the molding area and moving finished parts to the Pack & Scan area.

You'll assist with setup, labeling, and scanning of items, support Lean initiatives, and work closely with the Shift Supervisor to optimize workflow and maintain a safe, organized production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with forklift use.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and labels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and support lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Move finished parts from molding to pack & scan area.
• Bring packaging materials to work centers and assist setup.
• Label and scan items before warehouse disposition.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with safety, housekeeping, and process improvements.
