Ampacity is seeking a Pack Kitting Associate to support our distribution center, performing packing, kitting, staging, and loading duties. The role partners with the Des Moines Production Lead to maintain seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience, clear communication, and familiarity with logistics software. This on-site role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth in our logistics team.

About this Role

Ampacity is actively seeking a Pack Kitting Associate dedicated to order picking and packing that supports our supply chain tasks associated within our distribution Center. The Packing/Kitting Associate roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to picking, staging, organizing, packing, loading product, and materials within the operations. All functions relating to order picking and packing fall within the responsibilities of this role. This position will work in tandem with our Des Moines Production Lead to maintain a seamless operation. The applied experience will support the order cycle to enhance the customer experience and ensure sustainability in our logistics and supply chain operation.

Pay Range: $17-$19 per hour

Physical Expectations

• Indoor warehouse facility with regular exposure to dust, fumes, odors, varying temperatures, and machinery noise.
• Fast-paced environment with heavy machinery operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

Physical Expectations

• Intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, and pull equipment throughout the facility from floor to overhead storage areas.
