Boly:Welch is expanding its real estate practice in Portland and Seattle, seeking a Real Estate Partner or Counsel with a portable book of business and deep experience in real estate transactions.

You will draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and financing contracts, with an emphasis on zoning and land use. The team is top-tier, collaborative, and offers a hybrid work schedule after an initial in-office training period.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Oregon and/or Washington State Bar membership.
• Portable book of business.
• JD.

Responsibilities

• Focus on real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and financing contracts.
• Understand zoning and land use laws and liaise with clients ranging from developers to buyers and sellers.
• Join an established team of attorneys in Portland and Seattle in a collaborative environment.
