KBR in Hawaii seeks a Logistics Liaison Officer (LNO) to serve as the primary coordination point between contractor logistics operations and U.S. Pacific Fleet stakeholders for ILS2 task order execution.

The role emphasizes external coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on logistics execution. You will facilitate requirements alignment, resolve coordination challenges, and provide visibility into operations, resources, and reports, while building strong

Qualifications

• College/university degree in business/logistics; 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting logistics operations in military/government/contractor environments.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations.
• Knowledge of logistics support processes and mission support.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary logistics liaison between contractor operations and PACFLT stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics requirements, priorities, and communications across organizations.
• Facilitate resolution of operational issues affecting logistics support activities.
• Provide situational awareness and visibility into logistics operations and resource needs.
• Support integration of contractor logistics activities with PACFLT operations.
• Prepare reports, status updates, meeting materials, and coordination docs.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with military, government, and contractor personnel.
