Aspirus St. Luke's Clinic – Duluth, MN is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the vascular surgery program in a full-time capacity. You will work in a team-based setting to deliver high-quality care, performing new patient consultations and managing postoperative and inpatient care.

The role features a 1.0 FTE schedule, Monday–Friday with a 1:3 call rotation including weekends, and a competitive compensation package that includes relocation assistance and CME allowance.

Physician Assistant – Vascular Surgery

Become part of a growing vascular surgery program in Duluth, Minnesota. Our providers work together in a supportive, team-based environment focused on delivering outstanding care while fostering strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

OPPORTUNITY:

• Full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity
• Monday-Friday
• Shared 1:3 call rotation, including weekends
• Diverse practice setting with a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and surgical support
  • Perform new patient consultations
  • Conduct surgical follow-up appointments
  • Evaluate and manage hospital follow-up patients
  • Provide inpatient rounding and patient management
  • Assist with floor calls and emergent surgical cases
• Independent patient panel with physician collaboration and support

$123,642 - $129,544/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
