Responsabilidades

• Field Leadership questions from families with plain language, never jargon, at the Irving, TX bedside
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Physician Assistant, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion
• Stock the crash cart and verify expiration dates so nothing fails when seconds count
• Chart vitals, intake, and response to treatment so the next Physician Assistant inherits a clean clinical picture
• Document refusals, allergies, and advance directives where the whole team can find them fast
• Apply Patient Education and Code Blue Response interventions while watching for the side effects that follow
