General Summary: Provides administrative support for the clinical phase of the Physician Assistant Program. This role ensures smooth program functioning, assists faculty and students, and helps maintain compliance with accreditation standards with a specific focus on supporting the administrative needs of PA program. Reports to the PA Program Director.
The Agnes Scott College's Cornwall Hawkes PA Program has applied for Provisional Accreditation from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). The anticipated matriculation date is October 2026, pending achieving Accreditation-Provisional status at the July 2026 agenda meeting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years recent administrative experience with other employers; experience in higher education or counseling program administration preferred.
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office.
