HCRC Consulting in Pace, FL is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This is a full-time role with no weekends and early Friday hours.

This position offers $130,000–$140,000 annually plus a productivity bonus opportunity, along with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Must hold active FL PA or NP license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
• Perform patient exams and review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate.
• Review and explain test results with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers.
