Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking locum tenens physicians to cover inpatient services in the Stroudsburg, PA area. The schedule requires full-week coverage every fifth week, with call nights on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Expect 10–15 patients per day and collaboration with on-site advanced practitioners.

Procedures include echo stress and EKG; nuclear and TEE are not required. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, prepaid travel and housing, and ongoing support through a Weatherby

Qualifications

• Inpatient setting experience required or desired.
• Hospital privileges required for practice.
• Support from advanced practitioners on staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage on a rotating schedule (1 week out of every 5).
• Manage 10–15 patients per day in inpatient setting.
• Coordinate care with Weatherby consultants and hospital staff.
