Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Kentucky is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to assist the production floor with assembly, testing, and packaging activities. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to move as needed on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities include basic electro-mechanical assembly, quality inspections, and documentations per GMP. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Job Summary

Salary Range: $18.00 to $20.00 Per Hour dependent upon education, experience, and working shift.

This position offers floor support to the Manufacturing Team. This is a position that requires a positive attitude and demonstrates a willingness to support teamwork. This position requires that the individual is flexible, adaptable and willing to move where needed to support the Manufacturing Floor.

Responsibilities

• 1. Provide resources to assemble, test, and packaging support for various Medical Device Manufacturing Production Lines.
• 2. Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections. These functions are to be performed in a timely manner to meet quality and productivity goals of the department.
• 3. Utilize hand held tools such as hand-held screw drivers and electric torque drivers.
• 4. Maintain appropriate inventory of material at assigned work station.
• 5. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.
• 6. Identify product defects and effectively document the defect when identified.
• 7. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• 8. Perform all applicable work steps in accordance with good manufacturing practices.
• 9. Document actions and products by completing required quality and production forms.
• 10. Other duties as assigned.
• All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• The Company’s primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the position, including independently understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications written in English due to our heavily regulated work environment.
