University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha seeks a full-time, 12-month faculty member for Physician Assistant Education. The role may include some clinical practice and supports students across Omaha and Kearney, including PBL, clinical skills, and OSCE evaluations.

The candidate will engage in clinical site recruitment, student evaluation, and research in clinical education; there is a potential hybrid work week with remote and on-campus components.

Formación

• Master’s degree in an appropriate field is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PA, NP, or Medical Program is required.
• Two or more years of clinical experience are required.
• Current license as a Clinician in Nebraska or eligible for licensure is required.
• Current active certification as a Clinician is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide teaching and clinical education support to students at Omaha and Kearney campuses.
• Assist in PBL, clinical skills, and OSCE evaluations.
• Participate in clinical site recruitment, support and evaluation, and clinical phase student evaluation.
• Engage in research in a clinical/educational area and contribute to curriculum development.

Conocimientos

Two+ years clinical experience

Nebraska licensure eligible

Active clinician certification

Driver’s license

Confidentiality

Strong communication skills

Travel for site recruitment

Research in clinical/educational areas
