Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for supervising daily planning, organizing, and operations of the distribution center. Oversees distribution functions, including order process, picking, packaging, and shipping. Viable candidate must have 8+ years of DC industry experience, to include 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Essential Functions

• Leading, training, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse associates. Including daily tasks, monitoring performance and attendance.

Skills and Abilities

Education: Associate degree or previous work equivalent.

Experience: Eight+ years of pharmaceutical logistics experience to include 3 years of supervisory leadership a must.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Other Skills: Proactive thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and possess strong time management skills.
