Job summary

Bay Path University is seeking a Principal Faculty‑Clinical to support the clinical education component of its Physician Assistant Program. This part-time position will assist with the coordination and administration of clinical clerkships to ensure students successfully progress through their training.

Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree, NCCPA certification, and a strong commitment to student support and clinical education. Experience in higher education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA certification.
• Current state licensure.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Higher education experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and monitoring clinical clerkships.
• Provide academic advising and support to assigned students.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical preceptors.
