Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Active Florida PA license and DEA registration.
• 1–2 years’ autonomous urgent care/ER/acute family practice experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Italian is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive acuity management; diagnose and treat high patient volumes.
• Advanced procedural competence in urgent care interventions.
• Independently interpret X‑rays and EKGs for immediate disposition.
• Lead occupational health activities and screenings.
• Mentor healthcare staff and trainees on the floor.
