Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a VAS Lead (Value Added Services) for the 2nd shift at our Hazleton, PA facility. You will supervise Co-pack operations, monitor inventory checks and ensure safe, efficient warehouse processes.

Compensation starts at $23-$24 per hour, with attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus step increases. This full-time, on-site role offers employee benefits and opportunities to grow with RJW.

Qualifications

• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
• Warehouse safety experience.
• Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
• Computer experience a must.

Position: VAS Lead (Value Added Services) - 2nd Shift

Compensation: $23-24.00/hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (4pm - 12:30am)

• Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)


• Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)


• Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000 (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)


• Step increase program- Pay will increase by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)


• Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 p.hr


• Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 p.hr

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY Co-Pack lead:

Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assist in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Time keeping / temp roster

• Cleaning of the warehouse.

JOB COMPLEXITY

• Management skills and to be able to manage employees.


• Keep a neat orderly and clean warehouse operation.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.

• Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.


• Computer experience a must.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• College is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.


• Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.


• Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day.


• Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees.


• Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
