Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a part-time kitchen operative at Lincoln Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE. The role focuses on cleaning, dish handling, trash management, and supporting kitchen and event teams with setup and breakdown.

No experience is required; training is provided. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
