Job summary

southeastern Freight Lines seeks a P&D Driver to pick up, transport, and deliver freight locally. You’ll be the face of the company, serving our customers on a regular basis.

As a tractor-trailer operator, you will drive in varying conditions, perform vehicle inspections, load/unload cargo, and ensure transport documents are accurate, especially for hazardous materials. Safety and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL with HAZMAT, Tanker, and Twin Trailers endorsements; no automatic restrictions.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to read, write, and understand English.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and ability to pass alcohol/drug tests.

Additionally, meeting DOT physical qualifications and passing alcohol and drug tests are mandatory requirements for this role.
