Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an OTA program.
• Current state license or certification as an OTA.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans under the direction of Occupational Therapists.
• Monitor and record clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatments and progress notes.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice in the field of occupational therapy.
