You’ll master tailored insurance solutions with the support of zone management and corporate teams, including a two-month interactive training program to accelerate success. Total bonus potential exists beyond base pay as part of the first-year plan.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license in Michigan is required.
• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with customers and local business associates.
• Craft bespoke property and auto insurance packages for clients.
• Quote and bind coverages quickly and accurately.
