Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Property & Casualty division, including Commercial & Personal Lines teams.
• Oversee and manage a $2-5 million book of business in premium.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the division and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Ensure successful quoting and renewal of new and existing business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients across commercial and personal lines.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to growth
