Farm Family, part of the Clearbrook Group, is seeking a P&C Data Analyst to enhance pricing analytics and portfolio management. You will work with actuaries, underwriting, and product teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights and monitor performance over time.

The role emphasizes data preparation, feature development, and model performance reporting, with opportunities to collaborate on predictive modeling and risk segmentation across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 2–4 years in data science or analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R
• Experience with large structured datasets
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication
• Diligence and data quality focus

Responsibilities

• Support pricing analyses, rate reviews and segmentation evaluations across Personal and Commercial Lines
• Analyze trends in frequency, severity, retention, growth and profitability
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting and product teams to develop data-driven recommendations
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions
• Ensure model documentation, data quality and governance adherence
• Collaborate with data scientists on predictive modeling and portfolio optimization
