Qualifications

• Associates degree or military power training with 2+ years in P&C/substation commissioning.
• Ability to obtain NETA III/IV within 12 months of employment.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and protective relaying.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day commissioning activities on assigned project.
• Attend safety and planning meetings as required.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Communicate delays or cost overruns to the Project Lead promptly.
• Identify safety hazards and contribute to risk analyses.
• Travel overnight as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Maintain tools and test equipment in clean, organized condition.
