• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Technical skills: Excel; familiarity with R, Python, SQL, SAS, or VBA.
