Job summary

Reliable Respiratory is seeking an Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant to support the Oxygen Department.

This role is based in our Norwood office, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, and involves coordinating daily routes for technicians and therapists while handling customer communications and order processing.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
• Handle incoming oxygen related communications from customers and referrers professionally.
• Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Process recurring orders via phone, email, or in person according to procedures.
• Other tasks and duties as required.

Job Purpose

The Oxygen Dispatch and Scheduling Assisting will support the Oxygen Department in the areas of dispatch, scheduling and deliveries. This position will be based in our Norwood office M-F 10:00AM-6:30PM.

Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
• Handle incoming oxygen related communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Process recurring orders via, phone, email, or in person in accordance with Reliable Respiratory’s processing procedures and guidelines.
• Other tasks and duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent
