Job summary

Trojan Battery is seeking an Oxide Machine Operator to monitor process controls, load materials, and perform sampling of reactor materials. You will ensure safe operation, follow ISO processes, and maintain 5S housekeeping on the production floor.

Responsibilities include data entry for SPC/CTQ, equipment checks, and waste handling while adhering to hygiene and emergency procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma and forklift certification where required.

Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency to interpret work and safety instructions.
• Commitment to safety procedures and 5S workspace discipline.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into machines.
• Distribute and load lead, move pallets and dross barrels using forklift.
• Inspect equipment for problems and ensure proper labeling and transport of waste.
• Collect data for SPC reports and CTQ measurements.
• Perform reactor cleanup and maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
