Ascendent Health Partners in Port Washington, WI, seeks a General Dentist for a full-time role. Earn ownership through an Equity Earn-In Program with no buy-in and no loan. Base pay ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 per year plus performance incentives.

Enjoy ownership as a second income stream while practicing patient-centered care in a private practice setting. The schedule is 30–35 hours weekly across 4 days, with shared emergency coverage and strong back-office support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin dental license required before treating patients.
• DEA registration.

Responsabilités

• Care for current and new patients and welcome new ones.
• Lead and mentor a small clinical team.
• Provide General Dental services with opportunities for Endo, Implants, and clear aligners.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and high-quality care.
