Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, prepare vehicles, and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, and maintain inventory and cleanliness.
• General Duties: open/close shifts, maintain tunnels and facilities, and uphold uniform standards.
