Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a candidate for an Operational Effectiveness Consulting role requiring a TS clearance and strong Mandarin-focused analytical skills. You will reconstruct ownership and financing from primary Mandarin records and coordinate with teams to inform investment or partnership decisions.

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “TOP SECRET” security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs, Chinese Studies, Intelligence Studies, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
• Two (2)+ years' of relevant experience involving original-source research, analytical production, stakeholder engagement, and mission-related assessments.

What You Will Need

Experience gained through government, academic, think tank, national security, intelligence, policy, or research organizations will be considered toward this requirement.

• Demonstrated experience performing responsibilities directly related to the position.
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, or operational stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
