Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks an experienced Owner’s Representative Project Manager for retrofit construction. You will lead planning, design, construction, and closeout of facility retrofits, representing the owner's interests at every stage to achieve scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver complex upgrades with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in retrofit/renovation/capital construction.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative/PM/Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery and controls.
• Experience managing consultants and stakeholders.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and risk mgmt skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certifications: PMP/CCM/PE/RA preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives.
• Provide regular reporting and executive-level updates on project performance and delivery status.

About the role

The Owner’s Representative Project Manager – Retrofit Construction acts as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the planning, design, construction, and closeout of facility retrofit and renovation projects. This role represents the owner's interests throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational objectives are achieved. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing retrofit, renovation, tenant improvement, or capital construction projects.
• Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, construction methods, contract administration, and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities.
• PMP, CCM, PE, RA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while driving successful client outcomes.
